Social Media Policy

At RNDC, we value open and respectful communication through our social media platforms. We encourage our employees, commissioners, partners, and the general public, to engage with us and share their thoughts and experiences. To maintain a positive and constructive online environment, we have established the following guidelines for interacting with our social media accounts:

  1. Respectful and Professional Conduct:
    • Be respectful and considerate when engaging with others. Treat fellow users, RNDC employees, and representatives with courtesy and professionalism.
    • Refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate language or content.
    • Avoid personal attacks, harassment, or any form of behavior that could harm or offend others.

    • Share relevant and meaningful comments, questions, and feedback related to RNDC’s services or events

    • Avoid spamming, excessive self-promotion, or posting unrelated content.
  3. Privacy and Confidentiality:
    • Respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing personal information, including contact details, account numbers, or any confidential information related to RNDC or its stakeholders.
    • Do not disclose any confidential or proprietary information belonging to RNDC or any third party.
  4. Intellectual Property:
    • Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from posting copyrighted materials, unless you have obtained the necessary permissions or rights to do so.
    • Give proper credit to the original creators when sharing or referencing their work.
  5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
    • Ensure that all interactions on our social media platforms comply with applicable laws, regulations, and social media platform policies.
    • Do not engage in any illegal activities or encourage others to do so.
  6. Reporting Concerns:
    • If you come across any content or behavior that violates these guidelines or appears inappropriate, offensive, or harmful, please report it to us through the appropriate reporting mechanisms provided on the social media platform or by contacting us directly.
