Initiatives surrounding South Central Minnesota’s vibrant and sustainable local food system dedicated to supporting local farmers, promoting the consumption of fresh, nutritious foods, and fostering resilient communities and economies.

By connecting farmers with consumers, facilitating educational opportunities, and advocating for policies that support local food production, RNDC aims to create a thriving and interconnected food ecosystem that benefits both individuals and the community as a whole.
