5-5:30pm – Presentation by Margaret Donahoe the Executive Director of the Transportation Alliance who will be speaking on the coordination and education of diverse groups statewide to effectively advocate for safe, efficient transportation systems that work for everyone.

5:30-5:50 – Presentation by Marnie Werner, VP Research and Operations with the Center for Rural Policy and Design to be speaking on substance abuse and their report titled, “It’s an addiction crisis: Across Minnesota, the “opioid crisis” is so much more than just opioids.”

5:50-6:10 – Presentation by Thad Shunkwiler, LMFT, LPCC, RPT, ACS, CCMHC an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Science at Minnesota State University Mankato on substance abuse, mental health, prevention strategies, and action-orientated-next-steps.
